Q) What type of dog training experience is required?
A) Our franchisees come from a variety of different backgrounds. Most of them had no previous professional dog training experience, but all of them have qualities that have helped them become successful as professional dog trainers with Canine Dimensions. First, they love dogs. Second, they love working with people – teaching, training and coaching their clients, as well as their clients' dogs. Much of dog training is really people training.
Additionally, many of our franchisees give back to their communities by volunteering at rescues and shelters. Canine Dimensions was founded with a vision – to reduce the number of dogs surrendered to animal shelters due to behavior problems. We remain committed to this vital mission.
